- sgRNAs that are significantly enriched in tumours treated with the immunotherapy cancer vaccine GVAX relative to TCRalpha KO mice which lack CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and are unable to apply adaptive immune-selective pressure on the tumours, indicate that loss of the targeted gene decreased the sensitivity of tumour cells to GVAX
