A focused RAS Interactome library targeting 476 genes was generated. Any gene with a log2 fold change < -0.5 and a p-value < 0.05 with an FDR < 0.01 was considered to be a negatively enriched or depleted gene hit, whereas any gene with a log2 fold change > 0.5 and a p-value < 0.05 with an FDR < 0.01 was considered to be a positively enriched gene hit. The HEK-HT cells are expressing an oncogenic version of one RAS isoform. This HRAS screen involved HEK-HT cells with the NRASG12V isoform.
