BioGRID ORCS News

The BioGRID has posted a new dataset of 748 new physical interactions as reported in Behrends C et al: “Network organization of the human autophagy system (Nature. 2010 Jul 1;466(7302):68-76. PMID: 20562859).”  This dataset is available immediately in all BioGRID searches and download files (http://thebiogrid.org/download.php). A special thanks to the authors Behrends C, Sowa ME, Gygi SP, and Harper JW for providing us with the dataset.
