BioGRID ORCS News

BioGRIDPlugin2 is a new plugin for the Cytoscape network visualization tool, designed to allow easy import of interactions from BioGRID data files. An update of our original BioGRIDPlugin, it now allows import of data from our new tab2 file format, filtering of data during import based on gene lists and various interaction attributes, expanding of nodes and saving of networks in tab2 format.
