390 New Interactions from the Gingras and Aebersold Groups
The BioGRID has added 390 new physical interactions as reported in Gingras et al: “A novel, evolutionarily conserved protein phosphatase complex involved in cisplatin sensitivity” (Mol Cell Proteomics 2005 Nov 4; PMID: 16085932), Goudreault et al: “A PP2A phosphatase high-density interaction network identifies a novel striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase complex linked to the cerebral cavernous malformation 3 (CCM3) protein” (Mol Cell Proteomics 2008 Sep 8 issue; Epub ahead of print; PMID: 18782753) and Chen et al: “PP4R4/KIAA1622 forms a novel stable cytosolic complex with phosphoprotein phosphatase 4 (J Biol Chem 2283:29273-84; Epub 2008 Aug 20; PMID: 18715871).
