BioGRID ORCS News

The BioGRID's curated set of data have been updated to include interactions, chemical associations, and post-translational modifications (PTM) from 81,599 publications. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 2,009,467, raw interactions to 2,579,588, non-redundant chemical associations to 13,347, raw chemical associations to 30,725, Non-Redundant PTM Sites to 563,757 and Un-Assigned PTMs to 57,396.
