The BioGRID's curated set of data have been updated to include interactions, chemical associations, and post-translational modifications (PTM) from 75,868 publications. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 1,569,788, raw interactions to 1,997,840, non-redundant chemical associations to 12,815, raw chemical associations to 29,093, Non-Redundant PTM Sites to 498,893, Raw PTM Sites to 902,354 and Un-Assigned PTMs to 57,396.
