Comprehensive Drosophila melanogaster update from FlyBase includes 4,000+ New Interactions
BioGRID update 4.2.191 includes a comprehensive update to our Drosophila melanogaster (Fruit Fly) dataset in collaboration with FlyBase - The Database of Drosophila Genes and Genomes. This update incorporates more than 4,000 new interactions increasing the total number of D. melanogaster interactions deposited in BioGRID to 82,934 from 8,024 publications. These interactions and all associated meta data are available immediately online via all standard BioGRID searches and supported download formats. You can also find these and many additional Drosophila resources available at flybase.org.
