BioGRID ORCS News

BioGRID is a new version of the GRID interaction database (the BioGRID name was adopted to avoid confusion with the multitude of GRID computing projects). The database has been completely revised and includes the following improvements:

• Enhanced annotation
• New species supported
• Many new interactions
• Thumbnail images of networks
• Color coded systems for easy recognition
• Support for the data exchange standard PSI version 2.5, as mandated by the International Molecular Exchange Consortium
• Improved download support and availability
