Comprehensive Curation and Analysis of Global Interaction Networks in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by Reguly et al., Journal of Biology, 2006, 5:11. (PDF, ABSTRACT, FULL TEXT)

A comprehensive database of genetic and protein interactions, and associated experimental evidence, have been manually curated from over 31,793 abstracts and on-line publications. This literature curated dataset adds 33,311 new genetic and protein interactions to BioGRID. Curation of interactions from the primary literature will continue in collaboration with SGD. Look for monthly updates in the near future.
