- Hit genes with a larger CHGA+ EEC beta score (column 1) than MUC2+ Goblet beta score (column 3) have enriched sgRNAs in an EEC population compared to goblet cell population, suggesting KO of the hit results in increased EEC numbers and the gene normally represses EEC differentiation.
- Hit genes with a larger MUC2+ Goblet beta score (column 3) than CHGA+ EEC beta score (column 1) have depleted sgRNAs in an EEC population compared to goblet cell population, suggesting KO of the hit results in decreased EEC numbers and the gene normally promotes EEC differentiation.
