Notes:
- Cells were infected with 18PsV-BE2. Once infection is established, E2 expressed from the PsV represses the transcription of E6/E7 from the viral promoter integrated into the HeLa genome and induces the arrest of cell growth. This process enables the enrichment of cells resistant to 18PsV-BE2 infection (i.e., cells with KO of genes essential for HPV infection)
