Notes:
- Cas9 MEF cells expressing a tagged autophagy reporter (pHlurin-LC3-mCherry) were transduced with the genome-wide gRNA library and starved. Cells with a high pHluorin/mCherry ratio, indicating the impairment of autophagic flux, were enriched and next-generation sequencing (NGS) was used to identify integrated gRNA region which identified 1303 genes involved in autophagic activity in two replicate experiments
